Focaccia Bread/Pizza crust

1 c. warm water
1 1/2 T. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. flour

Let rise 1/2 hour
Bake at 425 15-20 min.
My favorite is to use white alfredo sauce, chicken, brocolli and tomatoes. The kids seriously love this pizza. The crust has got a neat flavor. Sometimes I use less sugar, ( I think that tastes better)
